If you sit for Legacy, you don't have to send your photo in.
Be sure to choose the pose you want for your yearbook photo.
The yearbook advisor will receive it directly from Legacy Photographers. See Below.

-From 9/19 to 10/28, the yearbook will be $70.

-If you order name personalization by the above date, you will get up to FOUR FREE ICONS.

-From 10/29 to 1/27, the yearbook will be $75, but icons will not be free.
(1/27 is the last day personalization and accessories will be offered online).

-From 1/28 to 5/31 the yearbook will be $80, but NO PERSONALIZATION OR ACCESSORIES will be offered.

SENIOR PHOTO OPTIONS

LEGACY PHOTOGRAPHER OPTION

We are very excited and pleased to announce that the Class of 2023 will be photographed by Legacy Studios for their yearbook portraits. Legacy Studios will bring their complete portrait studios to Chicopee Comp. See more info on scheduling link below.

USING OUTSIDE PHOTOGRAPHER? Here is what you need to know:

You may submit photographs from outside photographers. You do NOT have to sit for Legacy if you choose this option. Please note that you may still have to take a photo in school for your student ID picture-this will NOT be your senior photo.

**If you take an ID photo at school this will NOT be used in the yearbook.**

If you would like to use this option, PHOTOS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED VIA EMAIL. Please do NOT send photos via email unless specifically asked. If you submit via email you will be asked to go back and fill out the Google Form. You will be submitting your Senior Portrait photos to this link: https://forms.gle/wh3jK1pZfffD7DKw7 Due date to send your photos is 11/11/22.

• Photos must be high-resolution

• Heads and shoulders must be in photo (hands are okay)

• Background must be consistent, no distractions (Outdoor is okay as long as it’s not busy)

• Clothing must be school appropriate

• No watermarks, pets, guests, or sunglasses allowed
  

LEGACY STUDIO PORTRAITS OPTION

Legacy Studios Portraits option: Please review the helpful information listed below so you are prepared for your upcoming senior portrait session:

1. You will receive an email from Legacy Studios (Legacy Studios <scheduling@acuityscheduling.com) to

select a date/time to come to campus for your senior portrait session. You will receive this email about 14 days prior to the portrait sessions beginning if not sooner. If you do not schedule your portrait session for the first session on campus, NO WORRIES, you will continue to receive emails to schedule your portrait session prior to each time we have the portrait studios at your school.

2. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder, as sometimes it may end up there

due to your internet security settings.

3. Select the portrait session that best meets your needs.

4. Pay your session fee online.

5. You will receive a reminder email regarding your portrait session a few days prior to your

appointment.

6. REVIEW and bring with you the required yearbook pose clothing (this information was

provided to you when you registered online for your portrait session)

7. BRING some items to your portrait session that reflect who you are and what your interests are like; sports jerseys, sporting equipment, band instruments, special clothing and have FUN with your portrait session.

8. You will review the images taken. Please make sure you see some you love AND if not, please

inform your photographer and they will be happy to take additional images. You will be emailed a

link with your image gallery within 8-10 business days from no-reply@imagequix.com.

9. You will be able to change/select your yearbook pose up until the yearbook pose

deadline. Viewing your senior gallery online is simple, no codes to remember. It is so much fun to

work with all of our green screen replacement background options.

at customercare@legacystudios.com ( If it is more convenient for you, Legacy Studios also has a studio in Cheshire, CT. They are booking Saturday sessions beginning in late June.)

11. Please note that your photo/chosen pose will be sent to Ms. Gallo and the Yearbook so don't forget to choose your pose by 12/30/22.
